Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a STEM field with 12+ years on missile defense or large DoD program.
• Experience in hardware-in-the-loop and cloud-based testing.
• Experience in API and interface control documents for cloud-based and HWIL environments.
• AI development experience and tooling for agentic operations.
• Ability to work independently or lead teams with engineering rigor.
