Job summary

APEX TK LLC is seeking a Software Engineer to support the Missile Defense Agency Next Generation Software Office. You will advance on-demand, cloud-based software for system-of-systems development, integration, and testing, applying engineering rigor in both team and independent settings.

The role emphasizes design, development, and management of software libraries, cloud architectures, and cloud-based testing in HWIL environments, with a strong focus on AI tooling and secure DoD software

Qualifications

Active Secret clearance required.
Masters degree in a STEM field with 12+ years missile defense or related DoD program experience.
Design, development, and management of software libraries and cloud-based architectures.
Experience in hardware-in-the-loop and cloud-based testing for software delivery.
Experience in API interfaces and interface control documents for Cloud/HWIL environments.
Experience in AI development and tooling.
Ability to work independently or lead teams with engineering rigor.

Responsibilities

Provide technical and engineering analysis to support the development of on-demand and cloud-based software for system-of-systems development, integration, and testing.
