Job summary

Cisco is seeking a hybrid-roles engineer to join the Intersight team in Milpitas, CA. You will develop and validate infrastructure and software components for on-prem and cloud environments, collaborating in small teams to deliver scalable, high-impact solutions.

Ideal candidates have deep programming experience (Go, C++, Java, Python), strong systems design skills, and a background in distributed computing, Linux, and CI/CD tooling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with related experience (7+ years for Bachelors, 4+ for Masters, 1+ for PhD).
• Proficiency in Go, C++, Java, Python with strong systems design skills.
• Experience in Distributed Computing, Data Structures, and Algorithms.
• Experience with Linux/Unix environments, shell scripting, and networking fundamentals.
• Experience with Git, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines.
