Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Senior Customer Solutions Manager for the HealthTech team to guide customers on multi-year cloud journeys, coordinating AWS teams to deliver outcomes and transform business in line with industry needs.

You will partner with customers and AWS leadership, translating strategic initiatives into executable actions, manage roadmaps, governance, go-live events, and educate customers through milestones.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of leading large-scale technical or engineering programs.
• 4+ years of customer-facing work engaging with executives, technologists, or partners.
• Bachelor’s degree in science, technology, engineering, math, business, or equivalent.
• Experience leading technical and non-technical transformation project teams across broad functions.

Responsibilities

• Accelerate AWS adoption through consistent delivery and execution.
• Identify and align on strategic opportunities, such as migrations, data/analytics, and digital innovation.
• Serve as the customer’s cloud journey coach and advocate within AWS.
• Implement governance structures to manage the AWS relationship and adoption.
