Job summary
RTX in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Senior Manager/Sr. Manager (P5) for Closed-Area Digital Engineering Support within the Raytheon Digital Technology scope.
The role requires weekly onsite presence and collaboration across DT and Engineering teams to deploy and sustain secure engineering solutions. The successful candidate will lead standardized closed-area operations, tailor workflows, and drive modernization while navigating classified environments and security requirements.
Qualifications
- Typically requires a university degree or equivalent experience and 7–10+ years of relevant work.
- Advanced degree in a related field with 7+ years of experience.
- Technical experience with engineering, technical support organizations, or similar operations.
- Experience supporting engineering solutions, tools, or digital engineering workflows.
- Experience in classified/closed areas or highly secure IT environments.
- Active and transferable U.S. government security clearance; U.S. citizenship required.
Responsibilities
- Participate in and support standardized closed-area engineering operations across locations.
- Lead processes and artifact development for emerging technology solutions in classified deployments.
- Conduct tailoring, customization, and workflow alignment for program needs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve complex process and technical issues.
