Job summary

Raytheon Digital Technology seeks a Senior Manager, Closed-Area Engineering Support for the Tucson campus. This leadership role will provide classified engineering deployment, sustainment, and program-specific support across labs, with hybrid work and weekly onsite presence.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent with 10+ years, or advanced degree with 7+ years.
• Technical experience with engineering, technical support organizations, or comparable technical operations.
• Experience supporting engineering solutions, engineering tools, or digital engineering workflows.
• Experience working within classified, closed areas, or other highly secure IT or engineering environments.
• Active and transferable U.S. government-issued security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

• Participate in and support standardized closed-area engineering support operations across multiple locations and organizations.
• Lead processes and artifact development for emerging technology solutions in classified deployments and program-specific engineering solution deployment.
• Tailor engineering solutions, customize workflows, and align to program requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to address issues, identify root causes, and drive improvements.
