Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Senior Middle Office Reporting Analyst for Collateralized Loan Obligations. The role focuses on interpreting indentures, setting up payment calculations, and reconciling collateral data across in-house systems.

You will compile periodic reports and coordinate with operations, asset managers, and investors. The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of relevant experience, strong communication skills, and knowledge of fixed income structures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Two to three years of relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret trust indentures and reporting requirements.
• Create technical report specifications from indenture language.
• Set up payment calculations in in-house systems.
• Receive, map and reconcile periodic collateral data.
• Perform portfolio compliance tests on structured fixed income deals.
• Compile monthly, quarterly and annual payment and tax reports.
• Coordinate with operations teams to ensure correct payments are made.
