Job summary

U.S. Bank Global Corporate Trust Services seeks a detail-oriented professional to support trust reporting for CLO and structured finance transactions in Chicago.

You will review indentures, set up calculations, and coordinate with operations to ensure timely and accurate payments. Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of related experience, a business/finance degree, and strong data interpretation and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent work experience.
• 2–3 years of relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret trust indentures with regard to reporting requirements.
• Create technical report specifications from indenture language.
• Set up payment calculations in in-house systems.
• Receive, map and reconcile periodic collateral data.
• Perform portfolio compliance tests on structured fixed income deals.
