Valitana seeks a UK-based UK Client Services Senior Associate with deep CLO modeling expertise to join the Vantage Client Services team. You will model CLO and ABL deals, translate indentures into platform configurations, and work closely with sophisticated institutional clients to ensure accurate compliance configuration and onboarding.

This senior, client-facing role emphasizes structured finance fluency, platform mastery, and white-glove service.

Formación

• 5–7+ years in structured finance or CLO modeling.
• Ability to read indentures and translate terms into model logic.
• Expertise in CLO mechanics and ABL structures.
• Prior client-facing experience.
• Proficiency in Excel and data analysis.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Math, Engineering, or related field.
• AI literacy is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Model CLO and ABL deals within Vantage, Valitana’s OMS & PMS, ensuring accurate representation of deal structures, waterfalls, and tranches.
• Perform indenture analysis to translate deal documentation into platform configurations and compliance frameworks.
• Configure and maintain compliance testing for managed deals and SMAs.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to institutional clients by delivering white-glove support and responding to complex requests.
• Build custom metrics, workflows, and Excel models tailored to client needs using the Valitana plugin for data integration.
• Assist clients with onboarding, data uploads, and ongoing platform usage to drive adoption and value realization.
• Act as a subject matter resource for less senior team members and contribute to internal knowledge-sharing on CLO structures and modeling best practices.
