Job summary

London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) seeks a Senior Valuations Lead, CLO & CDO to own the daily valuation process for CLOs and CDOs across global markets. You will lead a full production cycle, ensure pricing accuracy, and act as the SME for valuation methodologies and market data.

You will engage with clients, mentor junior staff, and drive continuous improvements in models and workflows, contributing to strategic product enhancements within a global team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in CLO and CDO trading, sales, structuring, modeling, valuation.
• Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills with valuation analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production cycle for global CLO and CDO valuations.
• Perform daily QA reviews to ensure pricing accuracy.
• Act as SME for CLO/CDO valuation methodologies and tools.
• Respond to client inquiries and price challenges in a timely manner.
• Represent the valuation team in client meetings and due diligence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency and automation.
• Mentor and train junior team members on valuation techniques.
