Job summary

Malbek is seeking a highly motivated Implementation and Configuration Specialist (BA) to manage the deployment, configuration, and optimization of our contract management system and AI offerings for our customers.

You will lead full-cycle implementation projects, design integrations with ERP/CRM platforms, and advise on AI deployment to maximize adoption and value. This role requires strong CLM experience and excellent communication across stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience implementing or administering contract management systems.
• Strong CLM processes knowledge and best practices.
• Experience with workflow design and business process optimization.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.
• Experience with enterprise application integrations and APIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle implementation projects from discovery through deployment.
• Architect complex workflow automation and approval matrices.
• Define integration requirements, data mappings, and API specs.
• Collaborate with customers and IT teams to deliver integrations.
• Develop and maintain integration documentation and test scenarios.
• Provide product training and guidance on AI features.
