Job summary

Malbek is seeking a US-based Partner Implementation Enablement Specialist to coordinate partner-led CLM deployments, enable technical resources, and ensure partner readiness for Malbek’s Contract Lifecycle Management solutions.

This individual-contributor role works with the Partner Enablement Manager and cross-functional teams to improve partner adoption, implementation consistency, technical readiness, and customer delivery outcomes in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Legal Studies, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 4–5 years in SaaS implementation, project coordination, partner programs, customer success, technical enablement, or delivery operations.
• Experience with implementation plans, trackers, RAID logs, readiness checklists, and governance meetings.

Responsibilities

• Plan, track, and coordinate partner-led implementations, readiness activities, and enablement milestones.
• Maintain program artifacts and conduct governance discussions with clear escalation.
• Support partner onboarding, product training, and enablement artifacts across portals and LMS.
• Guide on CLM configuration, workflow design, data migration, integrations, and QA testing.
