VOA Northern Rockies is seeking a Lead Clinician to provide counseling and education-based treatment for patients in residential and outpatient settings. The role includes supervising clinicians, ensuring quality and compliance of clinical services, and coordinating care with the multidisciplinary team.

The position involves developing curricula, supervising documentation, and overseeing program delivery while managing a training calendar for the clinical staff.

Formación

• Ph.D. or Master’s in Counseling or Clinical Social Work from a CACREP/CORE/CSWE accredited program.
• Fully licensed as LCSW, LPC, LAT, or LMFT in Wyoming or eligible for licensure if current licensure is out-of-state.
• Meet qualifications required for a substance abuse professional per Wyoming standards.
• One year of supervisory experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and desktop publishing.
• Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Provide daily oversight of clinical facility operations, utilization reviews, and quality assurance of patient services.
• Work with the Clinical Director for program development and implementation and general management of organizational care services.
• Provide daily clinician supervision and monitor chart documentation.
• Complete social histories, assessments, and treatment plans for assigned patients promptly.
• Develop an educational/therapeutic curriculum for group settings with patients and families.
• Coordinate services with the multidisciplinary team and referral sources.
• Manage and maintain the training schedule for the clinical team.
