Job summary

CVS Health Corporation seeks a Clinician Field Mentor Physician to support Signify Health clinicians remotely. The role blends in-home evaluations with mentorship and ongoing clinical guidance, reporting to an Operations Manager and the Clinical Success team.

The selected clinician will complete IHEs, test new services, and mentor new hires during their first 90 days, while providing ongoing support to active clinicians. Hybrid travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Clinical background and state licensure required; MD/DO or NP/PA is typical.
• Strong mentorship, coaching and education skills for new clinicians.
• Experience with in-home health evaluations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete in-home visits, IHEs and video visits with high KPI performance.
• Provide 1:1 mentorship to new hires in their first 90 days.
• Offer ongoing group and 1:1 support for active clinicians.
• Escalate clinical issues to leadership when needed.
• Travel regionally as required by business needs.
