Qualifications

• Requires clinical licensure in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years direct service experience with youth and families.
• Leadership/supervision experience; grant-funded program coordination preferred.
• Ability to connect with youth and young adults facing mental health challenges and trauma.
• Experience with crisis response and safety planning or referrals.
• Clearance process includes background checks; valid driver’s license and ability to travel between locations.

Responsibilities

• Perform crisis intervention and stabilization for youth and families using a strengths-based framework; backup for on-site crisis as needed.
• Provide clinical supervision to family engagement specialists delivering individual counseling and family mediation.
• Triage calls and referrals; engage youth and families quickly with assertive outreach and strong listening.
• Carry a direct care caseload as needed and support staff during difficult sessions.
• Assess crisis situations and develop safety plans with clinicians, families and stakeholders.
• Lead weekly team meetings for supervision and training in crisis intervention and family support.
