Job summary

The Home for Little Wanderers is seeking a FIT Master's-Level Clinician to provide intensive home and community-based services for children under 21 with Serious Emotional Disturbance. Under supervision, you will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and coordinate with CBHI services to ensure coordinated care.

Qualifications include a Master’s degree in a mental health field and licensure eligibility.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a mental health field from an accredited college or university.
• Licensed or license-eligible in relevant Massachusetts credentials.
• Experience navigating child and family-serving systems.

Responsibilities

• Convenes monthly meetings with youth, family, providers, clinicians, and school representatives.
• Deliver intensive family therapy to youth and family in home or community settings.
• Develop and implement treatment plans for youth and families.
• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments including CANS and CRAFFT.
• Maintain timely documentation in the program’s eHR per guidelines.
• Provide crisis stabilization and safety planning for at‑risk youth.
