Qualifications

,Licensed clinician (MD/DO, NP, PA) in good standing.
Willingness to maintain 20% clinical FTE.
10–12 years of relevant work experience.
Completion of Epic Builder training and certification (or willingness to obtain).
Minimum 5 years of ambulatory clinical practice experience.
Demonstrated interest or experience in clinical product, clinical informatics, safety, or quality improvement.
Strong executive presence with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Serve as the senior product leader across Clinic Operations and Quality & Stars domains, driving end-to-end technology solutions.
Lead enterprise-wide Epic optimization to improve clinical workflows, efficiency, quality, and patient safety.
Translate organizational priorities into Epic workflows, decision support, reporting, and clinician tools.
Support Epic upgrades and change management activities, and sponsor major go-lives.
Monitor adoption and effectiveness of Epic enhancements enterprise-wide.
