Advanced Clinical is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee complex clinical studies and lead the project team. This role acts as the primary resource and communication point for clients and internal teams across multiple sponsors and programs.

The Senior PM will guide staff and vendors, ensure timely deliverables, manage budgets, and maintain high-quality study management while advancing process improvements within a collaborative environment.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; advanced degree preferred.
• PMP certification or membership in PM/CR organizations.
• Minimum 2 years of project management in clinical research; 7+ years in clinical research.
• Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Must be fluent in English; must have or obtain passport/ID.

Mansioni

• Support proposals and business development, including input to RFPs.
• Manage complex programs across sponsors and protocols.
• Act as SME in therapeutic areas and indications.
• Coordinate and manage trials from start-up to closeout.
• Manage project finances, budgets, and client reviews.
• Provide study-specific training for staff.
• Delegate work to PMA or team members where appropriate.
• Assess and plan resource needs across functions.
• Create comprehensive project plans and track metrics.
• Serve as primary liaison between study team and client.
• Escalate issues to leadership as needed.
• Follow SOPs and participate in SOP reviews.
• Ensure GCP compliance through training and processes.
• Collaborate to identify issues, interpret data, and implement solutions.
• Develop risk management and contingency plans.
• Lead and participate in meetings; mentor junior staff.
• Oversee performance, deliverables, budgets, and client satisfaction.
