Job summary

Nurix Therapeutics seeks a Senior Clinical Trial Manager to oversee a portfolio of trials and regions, shaping study design and driving vendor strategy. You will own budget forecasting and mentor CTMs/CTAs while ensuring audit readiness and strong cross-functional collaboration.

Based onsite in Brisbane, CA, you will represent Clinical Operations at external events and provide leadership across the program to prevent risk and accelerate progress.

Qualifications

• S./B.A. in biological sciences with 8-10+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Ability to travel as required for the program (25%).
• Deep working knowledge of FDA, EMA, ICH, and GCP regulations and guidelines.
• Proven experience managing global trials or multi‑region programs.
• Track record leading vendor/CRO relationships at a strategic level.
• Experience mentoring or developing junior CTMs/CTAs.
• Strong executive presence and ability to influence without direct authority.
• Comfortable operating with minimal oversight and setting direction for others.
• Outstanding organizational skills; able to manage a portfolio of trials simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Own operational strategy across multiple clinical trials and/or a full geographic region.
• Shape protocol strategy and provide senior input on study design and data collection approach.
• Lead vendor/CRO selection strategy and contract negotiation leverage across trials.
• Serve as escalation point for vendor or site issues CTMs cannot resolve.
• Own program-level budget forecasting and flag financial risk across the portfolio.
• Mentor and develop CTMs and CTAs with hands-on guidance.
• Lead audit readiness strategy and coordinate inspections across trials.
• Represent Clinical Operations at program or franchise level and externally at events.
• Anticipate risk and drive cross-functional initiatives to prevent issues.
