Job summary

Nurix Therapeutics is seeking a Senior Clinical Trial Manager to oversee a portfolio of trials across regions, drive vendor strategy, and mentor junior staff. You will act as the escalation point for site or vendor issues and shape program-level budgeting and risk management.

You'll lead cross-functional initiatives, contribute to study design discussions, and represent Clinical Operations at program and external events, ensuring alignment with Nurix's strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Must have 8–10+ years of industry experience in clinical operations.
• Deep knowledge of FDA, EMA, ICH and GCP regulations and guidelines.
• Proven track record managing global trials or multi-region programs.

Responsibilities

• Own operational strategy across multiple trials and/or a full geographic region.
• Shape protocol strategy and provide senior input on study design and data collection approach.
• Lead vendor/CRO selection strategy and contract negotiation leverage across trials.
• Serve as escalation point for vendor or site issues CTMs can't resolve.
• Own program-level budget forecasting and flag financial risk across the portfolio.
• Mentor and develop CTMs and CTAs with hands-on guidance.
• Lead audit readiness strategy and serve as point person during inspections.
• Represent Clinical Operations at program/franchise level and externally at events.
• Anticipate risk across portfolio and shape processes to prevent issues.
• Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives.
