Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) or equivalent in a science-related field.
• 0–2 years of Clinical Operations or clinical research experience.
• Exposure to or coursework involving electronic Trial Master File systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support TMF management, document coordination and study trackers.
• Assist with quality reviews of TMF and flag discrepancies for CRO follow-up.
• Coordinate clinical supplies and lab sample logistics.
• Support review of clinical data, listings, and reports.
• Help build training materials and maintain study trackers and metrics.
