MapLight Therapeutics, Inc. is seeking a Senior Clinical Trial Associate (Sr. CTA) to support Clinical Operations and project teams. The role involves ownership of tasks, problem solving, and ensuring activities are completed across all phases of the clinical project.

Responsibilities include coordinating study materials, maintaining TMF quality, and supporting CRO/study teams. Travel up to 35% is required; compensation includes annual bonus eligibility and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject area is highly recommended or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2+ years in biotech/pharmaceutical industry/clinical trial management.
• Competency of the drug development process with knowledge of ICH-GCP is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational and planning skills with excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proactive and self-starter with the ability to take responsibility and drive tasks to completion.

Responsabilités

• Interact with Clinical staff, site staff and vendors to support management of clinical trials.
• Support study teams under guidance of Operational Leaders and Clinical Trial Managers.
• Maintain and manage access to study systems users and deactivation as needed.
• Coordinate materials for internal and external meetings and distribute agendas, minutes, and updates.
• Maintain study team and vendor contact information and assist with TMF document quality and completeness.
• Develop and maintain study trackers to support Clinical Operations and individual studies.
