MapLight Therapeutics is a clinical-stage biotech company focused on CNS disorders. We are seeking a Senior Clinical Trial Associate (Sr. CTA) to support Clinical Operations and project teams, owning tasks across trial phases.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in biotech/pharma and strong communication, organizational and planning skills. Proactive and able to travel up to 35%; remote work is supported for this role.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject area is highly recommended or a combination of education and applicable job experience may be considered.
• Minimum 2+ years in the biotech/pharmaceutical industry/clinical trial management area.
• Competency of the drug development process with knowledge of ICH-GCP is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational and planning skills along with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proactive and self-starter with the ability to take responsibility for tasks and execute seamlessly.

Responsabilidades

• Interact directly with Clinical staff, site staff and vendors to support trial management.
• Support under guidance of Operational Leaders, Clinical Leaders, and Clinical Trial Managers.
• Maintain and manage access to study systems users.
• Coordinate materials for internal and external meetings.
• Distribute safety alerts and relevant documents.
• Maintain and update study team and vendor contact information.
• Plan, organize and execute study meetings and write agendas, minutes and updates.
• Assist with TMF documentation and study templates.
• Assist with clinical data review as required.
• Develop trackers to support Clinical Operations and studies.
• Other duties to support Study Team Leads.
