Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent industry experience.
• 2+ years of clinical research experience including vitals, EKGs and phlebotomy.

Responsibilities

• Seek to improve the patient's experience while ensuring safety.
• Provide excellent customer service to patients, healthcare partners, sponsors and vendors.
• Lead enrollment plans for multiple studies and coordinate with site CTNs as needed.
• Identify and contact potential participants, screen and enroll into suitable studies.
• Support enrollment goals with retention strategies and community relationships.
• Develop recruitment and retention approaches including community outreach.
• Maintain data integrity and accurate source documentation; handle case reports and queries.
• Ensure study documentation is audit-ready and compliance with SOPs, GCPs, and regulations.
• Conduct informed consent processes and educate the team on procedures.
• Coordinate patient visits and schedule visits per protocol.
• Contribute to process improvements to enhance stakeholder experience.
• Communicate and escalate to ensure timely responses with partners and stakeholders.
• Perform clinical and lab skills (vitals, phlebotomy, EKGs) as needed.
• Demonstrate collaboration and core Javara values in daily work.
