Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent industry experience.
• 1+ years’ experience in healthcare or related field with hands-on clinical functions (vitals, EKGs, phlebotomy).

Responsibilities

• Lead enrollment plan for at least one clinical study and execute enrollment strategies.
• Screen and enroll participants, build relationships with patients and investigators.
• Ensure data integrity and proper source documentation in CTMS/CRF systems.
• Coordinate patient visits, IP dosing monitoring, and adverse event reporting.
• Adhere to SOPs, GCPs, and regulatory requirements; conduct informed consent.
• Travel up to 30% regionally, including Javara headquarters as needed.
