Job summary

Javara Inc. seeks a Clinical Trial Navigator I to coordinate and administer clinical trials, reporting to the Manager of Site Operations and the Principal Investigator.

This role emphasizes patient enrollment, safety, and data integrity across multiple trials. The Navigator will own enrollment plans, screen and enroll participants, and communicate with healthcare partners and vendors while maintaining SOPs and GCPs.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent industry experience.
• 1+ years’ experience in healthcare or a related field that includes hands-on application of clinical functions such as obtaining vitals, EKGs, and phlebotomy.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and administer clinical trials with safety as a guiding principle.
• Provide excellent customer service to patients, investigators, sponsors, and vendors.
• Lead enrollment plans and strategies to achieve enrollment goals for at least one study.
• Screen and enroll participants, building relationships with local communities and partners.
• Ensure data integrity and proper documentation in CTMS and source records.
