Job summary

Javara in the United States is seeking a Clinical Trial Navigator II to coordinate and administer clinical trials under the Manager of Site Operations and the Principal Investigator. You will focus on patient enrollment and safety, implementing study procedures and ensuring protocol adherence across multiple studies.

You will lead enrollment plans, screen and enroll participants, contribute to retention strategies, and maintain accurate data in source documents and CTMS.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent industry experience.
• 2+ years of experience in clinical research that includes hands-on application of clinical functions such as obtaining vitals, EKGs, and phlebotomy.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate enrollment and management of clinical trial visits.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance throughout the study.
• Maintain accurate source data and CTMS documentation.
• Develop patient recruitment and retention strategies.
