Job summary

IQVIA LLC is seeking a healthcare/clinical trials leader to manage a team of clinical staff supporting multiple studies. You will ensure proper resourcing, staff training, and adherence to project objectives.

The role includes onboarding, performance guidance, and collaboration across clinical teams to maintain high-quality outcomes. You'll apply GCP/ICH knowledge, lead training plans, and drive process improvements while maintaining strong client service.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a scientific or healthcare field is preferred.
Experience in clinical trials with leadership responsibilities or equivalent.
Strong knowledge of GCP/ICH guidelines and regulatory requirements.
Excellent leadership, organizational and communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

Manage a team of clinical staff to ensure resourcing and training align with project goals.
Oversee selection, onboarding and performance of new employees.
Ensure staff have materials, access and training to perform duties; supervise training plans.
Allocate resources across clinical studies based on experience and training.
Monitor quality of staff work and address risks with corrective actions.
Ensure workload and quality metrics are met and report findings to management.
Collaborate with other clinical teams to address project challenges and maintain client service.
Participate in quality or process-improvement initiatives.
