Weill Cornell Medicine - Qatar seeks a Clinical Triage Nurse Supervisor to lead the Clinical Triage RNs in Midtown. The role trains staff, oversees daily operations, and ensures high-quality patient experiences with safe navigation to appropriate care.

The Charge Nurse will provide coaching, QA support, and operational guidance while maintaining a culture of safety, excellence, and teamwork in a fast-paced center.

Qualifications

• BSN required and RN licensed in NY.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an RN.
• Minimum 2 years in clinical triage or related settings.
• Minimum 3 years in leadership or supervisory roles; QA or audit exp. preferred.
• Experience with Epic and electronic triage software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises, plans, and leads functions related to assigned Clinical Triage RNs.
• Oversees escalation handling for clinical triage inquiries.
• Coaches, trains, and evaluates staff; conducts evaluations.
• Sets performance standards and conducts timely evaluations.
• Manages work to KPIs and supports process improvements.
