Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's (or equivalent experience)
• 3 years of experience
• Biorepository experience is a plus

Aufgaben

• Manage clinical biorepository, including patient consent, follow-up, specimen processing, inventory and regulatory tracking
• Prepare and maintain essential documents for regulators and sponsors; support site visits and source documentation reviews
• Coordinate research protocols: patient recruitment, screening, visits, enrollment, assessments, and sample collection
• Procure equipment and supplies to meet project needs across multiple sites as required
• Record data accurately on case report forms and ensure regulatory compliance and data quality
• Oversee study completion processes: data lock, closeout, archiving and reporting
• Develop and manage study budgets and invoicing, ensuring billing compliance
• Advocate for human subjects and maintain ongoing communication with investigators, sponsors and participants
• Implement process improvements to enhance trial quality and efficiency
• Define and track metrics to drive performance and improvement
