Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Phlebotomy experience preferred.
• < 1 year professional research experience required.
• Prior coordination experience in hematology/oncology studies preferred.
• Exceptional organizational, attention to detail, and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Conveys a basic knowledge and understanding of policies, procedures, and regulations governing human subjects' research and incorporates them in the conduct of research.
• Assists with preparation and processing of new IRB proposals, amendments, continuing review applications, and adverse event reports per policies and regulations.
• Maintains communication with Investigators, participants, IRB, sponsors, and other research-related entities.
• Coordinates study activities across sites and departments to ensure protocol compliance and timely data collection.
• Monitors enrollment goals, participant eligibility, and adherence to the study protocol and regulatory requirements.
• Documents and manages study data, budgets, and regulatory documentation with accuracy and timeliness.
• Supports study closeout, archiving, and regulatory reporting as required.
