Job summary

Centerstone in Sarasota, FL is seeking a Program Supervisor to oversee administrative and clinical operations for teams serving adults, children, and families with mental health or substance use disorders. The role includes supervision, direct services, and ensuring compliance with policies and charting.

You will coordinate referrals, admissions, and trainings, maintain productivity, and foster an inclusive, collaborative work environment with community partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Prior supervisory experience in mental health or addictions preferred.
• Florida Driver's License with safe driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Provides supervision, consultation, and coaching to team members.
• Carries a caseload and provides clinical services.
• Manages day-to-day operations including clinical documentation, admissions and discharges, and chart audits.
• Ensures continuity of care by coordinating with families, Centerstone colleagues, and community partners.
• Creates an inclusive work environment and maintains productivity and training expectations.
