Job summary

Centerstone seeks a clinical lead to oversee Outpatient and CORe programs, delivering individual and group counseling to adults and children with mental health and substance use disorders. You will work within a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive, community-based care across settings.

The role requires a master's degree and at least four years in MH/SUD, with licensure in FL and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required.
• Four years of professional experience in a substance abuse or mental health setting; a bachelor's degree may be accepted in lieu of a master's.
• Licensed: LCSW, LPC-MHSP, LMFT-MHSP, or Licensed Psychologist (Pharmacist not applicable).
• Valid Florida driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Deliver therapy in individual and group settings.
• Document client progress in EMR in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners for coordinated care.
• Engage local stakeholders to support community-based treatment.
• Develop, implement, evaluate and update treatment plans with client/family input.
• Meet clients in homes, hospitals, offices, schools, or workplaces to provide care.
• Provide crisis intervention services in the community.
• Maintain productivity and complete required trainings.
