Job summary

You will manage tolling relationships, coordinate cross‑functional teams (Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, Finance, CMO) and develop key BI reports to track orders from receipt to delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a Science discipline required.
• 5+ years of supply chain management experience.
• Experience with toll manufacturing and cross-functional coordination is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate batch disposition meetings and ensure timely disposition of batches.
• Act as the key contact for tolling relationships with external partners.
• Manage PO and order ticket acknowledgment within agreed timelines and track milestones.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to track and execute customer orders.
• Establish BI reports to communicate order status from receipt to implementation.
• Coordinate cross-site alignment between Rensselaer and Raheen; drive gap analyses.
• Communicate risks and mitigation plans to internal teams and escalate when needed.
