• Masters/MBA/PharmD preferred with 8+ years of industry/relevant professional experience in Clinical Supplies, QA/Regulatory, or related biopharma fields.

• Vendor Oversight and Operational Support: manage distribution vendor oversight and monitor performance per policy.
• Departmental Leadership: collaborate cross-functionally to enhance Clinical Supply Operations and drive change.
• Supervising: lead CSO Specialists in IP activities and maintain TMF documentation.
• Continuous Improvement: drive cross-functional improvements and analytics for decision making.
• Create and manage performance metrics to provide visibility on trends and opportunities.
