Responsibilities

• Vendor oversight and operational support for Clinical Supply Vendors and CSO processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to develop and enhance CSO processes and ensure timely delivery of clinical materials.
• Lead, coach, and mentor CSO Specialists in IP activities and TMF documentation.
• Lead cross-functional improvement initiatives to optimize operational efficiencies and support strategic decision-making.
• Create and manage performance metrics to provide visibility into operational performance and trends.
