Job summary

Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Inc. in Troy, NY is seeking a Senior Supply Operations Analyst to join the IOPS Supply Chain team.

You will manage receipt and fulfillment of Clinical and Commercial orders, facilitate batch disposition, and coordinate with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, Finance, and CMOs to ensure timely patient access to our medicines. This role emphasizes managing toll manufacturing relationships, tracking milestones, and providing accurate order status reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a Science discipline with 5+ years of experience.
• Pharmaceutical or biotechnology experience is a plus; Master's degree is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, Oracle, PowerPoint, and Access Database; Lean/CI knowledge and APICS certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate site batch disposition and drive closure of batch-impacting events.
• Manage toll manufacturing relationships and ensure timely product delivery.
• Oversee PO and order ticket acknowledgment within timelines; monitor milestones and mitigate delays.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to track and execute incoming orders.
• Create and present order-status BI reports and review pipeline with stakeholders.
• Align Rensselaer and Raheen sites; perform gap analyses and drive corrective actions.
• Communicate order status, constraints, and mitigation plans across functions; escalate when needed.
