Job summary

Ellie Mental Health in Tulsa is seeking a Supervisor and Therapist to guide clinical care at our new locally owned clinics. You will evaluate mental health diagnoses, develop and maintain treatment plans, and ensure high-quality documentation while mentoring pre-licensed clinicians.

We emphasize authentic, compassionate care in a supportive environment with strong benefits, flexible scheduling (FT/PT), CEUs, and centralized administrative support to help clinicians focus on client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavioral sciences from an accredited program.
• Candidates ideally have clinical licensure (LPC).
• Experience completing DAs, treatment plans and clinical case notes.
• Interest in therapies such as EMDR, DBT, CBT, and diverse client populations.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate mental health diagnoses and create, implement and maintain treatment plans.
• Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a team.
• Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve goals.
• Provide supervision for pre-licensed clinicians.
