Job summary

Ellie Mental Health is seeking a Supervisor and Therapist to join our Tulsa clinics. You will evaluate diagnoses, develop and maintain treatment plans, and collaborate with a dynamic team to expand access to quality mental health care.

Our clinics offer competitive compensation, flexible scheduling (FT/PT), CEUs, and an inclusive environment. Fully licensed clinicians will be credentialed with insurance panels where possible.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences from an accredited college or university.
• Candidates should ideally have clinical licensure (LPC).
• Experience with completing DAs, treatment plans and clinical case notes.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate mental health diagnoses, create, implement and maintain treatment plans and complete ongoing documentation.
• Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in your community.
• Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals.
• Supervision for pre-licensed clinicians.
