Ellie Mental Health, PLLP in Tulsa, Oklahoma, is seeking a Supervisor and Therapist to advance accessible, high-quality care. You'll work in locally owned clinics, aligning with our values of authenticity, humor, compassion, creativity, acceptance, and determination.

Responsibilities include evaluating diagnoses, creating and maintaining treatment plans, supervising pre-licensed clinicians, and collaborating with a team to expand services.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral sciences or related field from an accredited college or university.
• Candidates should ideally have clinical licensure (LPC).
• Experience with DAs, treatment plans and clinical case notes.
• Proficient with Office 365 and EHR systems (Valant).
• Fully licensed clinicians ideally credentialed with insurance panels.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate mental health diagnoses, create, implement and maintain treatment plans and complete ongoing documentation.
• Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in your community.
• Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals.
• Supervision for pre-licensed clinicians.
