Ellie Mental Health in Tulsa seeks an Outpatient Therapist to join our local clinics. You will deliver evidence-based care, collaborate with a dynamic team, and advance access to quality mental health services in the community.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral sciences from an accredited program.
• Clinical licensure (LMFT) preferred.
• Experience with creating treatment plans and clinical notes.
• Knowledge of EMDR, DBT, CBT and related therapies.
• Ability to maintain appropriate boundaries with clients.
• Proficient with Office 365 and Valant EHR.
• Licensed clinicians with insurance panel credentials preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate mental health diagnoses and implement/maintain treatment plans.
• Provide excellent client service and collaborate with a dynamic team.
• Use creative interventions to help clients achieve goals.
• Provide supervision for pre-licensed clinicians.
