Ellie Mental Health in Tulsa is seeking a Supervisor and Therapist to advance access to quality mental health care. You will supervise pre-licensed clinicians, develop and monitor treatment plans, and collaborate with a dedicated team focused on authentic, compassionate care.

Qualifications

Master's degree in behavioral sciences or related field required.
Candidates should ideally have clinical licensure (LPC).
Experience with completing DAs, treatment plans and clinical case notes.
Passion for EMDR, DBT, CBT, and diverse client populations.
Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients.
Proficient in Office 365 and Valant EHR.

Responsibilities

Evaluate mental health diagnoses, create and maintain treatment plans and complete ongoing documentation.
Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to help close gaps in care.
Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve goals.
Supervision for pre-licensed clinicians.
