Sierra Medical Center, part of Northern Nevada Health System, is seeking an experienced nurse leader to perform a dual clinical and managerial role. You will deliver direct and indirect patient care in the clinical setting and participate in hiring, coaching and staff termination decisions.

The ideal candidate has RN licensure, current BLS and ACLS, and at least three years of nursing experience. You will collaborate with physicians, the Nurse Manager and the care team to respond rapidly to

• Current state Registered Nurse Licensure, within state of practice.
• Current BLS, ACLS.
• Current TNCC and ENPC certification, preferred.
• Three years nursing experience required.

• Performs a dual clinical and managerial role with direct and indirect patient care.
