The role includes coordinating staff supervision and ensuring program compliance, with formal admin duties handled by the Program Coordinator.

Requires a Master’s in a clinical behavioral health field, 2+ years post‑degree in behavioral health, and licensure (LPC/LCSW/CADC/CAADC).

Qualifications

• Two years post‑degree experience in the behavioral health field.
• One year of supervisory experience or equivalent in relevant training preferred.
• License required (LPC, LCSW, CADC or CAADC).
• Clearances: Child Abuse, Criminal, and fingerprint-based federal history; not on Medicaid/Medicare Exclusion list.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision and consultation to program staff.
• Oversee quality of services and ensure licensure compliance.
• Orient new staff to agency SOPs and regulatory demands.
• Complete trainings per Professional Development Plan or payer requirements.
• Maintain licensure and specialized certifications as applicable.
• Provide crisis assessment and support for direct service staff.
