Arrow-Child- provides Behavioral Health Services Supervisory leadership for clinical staff, overseeing day-to-day operations and caseload coordination. The role involves direct supervision, program planning, and ensuring evidence-based practice delivery for clients and families.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• 3 years' experience with children in child welfare, mental health, or special education.
• 1 year of progressive supervisory/administrative experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct service providers, through individual and group conferences, to improve diagnostic, treatment, and case management skills.
• Use trauma-informed clinical modalities and evidence-based practices for supervision and therapy interventions.
• Evaluate performances of staff and ensure implementation of Recovery/Treatment Plans and IEPs.
• Coordinate inter-disciplinary teams and liaise with parents/guardians/foster parents.
• Oversee Medicaid billing for related services and adherence to timelines and regulations.
• Attend staff meetings and professional conferences as treatment team member.
• Ensure all duties comply with contract, state and federal regulations and company policy.
