Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in clinical services or behavioral health leadership.
• Licensure required for oversight of designated services (e.g., LCSW, LPC).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and electronic documentation systems.
• OR an equivalent combination of education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities as permitted by regulatory standards.
• Possession of a valid Virginia driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning and implementation of clinical initiatives across divisions.
• Supervise senior clinical leaders and oversee multi-program operations.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and clinical best practices.
• Influence policy development and organizational decision-making.
• Manage budgets, staffing, and resource allocation for clinical programs.
• Promote quality improvement and service innovation.
• Represent RBHA in external partnerships and strategic collaborations.
• Other duties as assigned.
