Job summary

Richmond Behavioral Health Authority is seeking a licensed-eligible clinician to lead clinical initiatives and provide therapeutic services in the Richmond, VA area. You will mentor junior staff, support treatment planning, and contribute to program development and quality improvement efforts.

This role requires a Master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related field, and eligibility for LCSW/LPC.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology or related field.
• Eligible for LCSW, LPC or equivalent licensure.
• 3-5 years of behavioral health or clinical services experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and electronic documentation systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver therapeutic services to individuals and groups with moderate autonomy.
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Mentor and support junior clinicians through consultation and informal training.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support client care and program goals.
• Participate in clinical supervision, team meetings, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic health records.
• Support crisis intervention and safety planning as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
