Job Details

The Senior Clinical Specialist will work with the Regional Sales Director and Territory Manager within a defined geographic area to meet existing and potential clients (e.g., physicians, physician office groups at hospitals) to identify their clinical needs, goals, and constraints related to patient care and to discuss and demonstrate how company products can help them achieve their goals and meet patient/client needs. By providing case coverage, the Senior Clinical Specialist will contribute to achieving projected sales goals, Company objectives, and increasing sales revenue.

  1. Collaborates with the Territory Manager to provide good case coverage and clinical outcomes for patients.
  2. Serves as the primary resource for clinical support in the areas of coverage, troubleshooting and in-service education for company products.
  3. Informs the customer on the latest product, therapy and technology developments in the industry by actively engaging in procedural and technical discussion.
  4. Demonstrates the ability to link clinical data to key messaging.
  5. Meets with existing and potential customers to identify their clinical needs, goals and constraints related to patient care and provide creative and feasible solutions using company products.
  6. Collaborates and communicates account and other requested information to the local territory manager on a daily basis.
  7. Supports monitoring of product inventory levels.
  8. Shares insights on competitive products or account issues, opportunities with appropriate TM or CS.
  9. Educates the customer on the merits and proper clinical usage of company products.
  10. The Senior CS will lead challenging or more complex case reviews, develop content for regional and/or area clinical calls, and support the creation and dissemination of educational content for the internal team.
  11. Provides case support and coverage for the most complex cases requiring higher clinical expertise.
  12. Performs other duties as assigned.

Pay Transparency

The base pay offered will consider location, education, skills, and experience. Incentives may include sales commissions and discretionary bonuses. Employees may participate in long-term incentive plans.

The salary range for this role is: $66,060.29 - $109,051.90 annually.
