• 7+ years of clinical/operational experience in an integrated health system.
• Practical experience with EHR and ERP solutions and reporting tools for frontline workflows.
• Understanding of information and data management.
• Ability to communicate with all levels of clinical staff about benefits and workflow changes.
• Ability to travel up to 30%.
• Familiarity with governmental regulations and resource management in matrix structures.
