UC Irvine Health seeks a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to provide psychosocial evaluation and treatment for transplant patients. You will advocate for patients, coordinate referrals to community services, and assist with discharge planning in a dynamic health system.

Reporting to the Transplant Administrator, you will help develop department policies and ensure adherence to standards while maintaining effective relationships across the health system.

Formación

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Current Clinical Social Work License issued by the Board of Behavioral Sciences.
• Ability to maintain a work pace appropriate to the workload.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships across the Health System.
• Knowledge of and ability to work within a complex health care system.
• Experience interpreting hospital standards and regulations (JCAHO, Health Department, Child Abuse Registry).
